Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Boundless Bars Inc., we aim to provide a great customer experience every time, but we can all experience the occasional “off” day. The best way to guarantee you have a great shopping experience is to review our shipping guidelines (provided on each product page) and our terms of service, we ask that you kindly keep them in mind when placing your order(s).
If you aren't happy with your order(s), please reach out to the Boundless team with more details at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from receiving your delivery. We'll do our absolute best to make it right!
Cancellation policy or change of order Any change to a completed order, including exchanges or cancellations, must be communicated to email@example.com on the Sunday prior to expected delivery (outlined on each product page) by 11:59pm EST. If your email is received outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
Handling and Freshness: All products shipped from Boundless Bars Inc., are shipped refrigerated from our warehouse.
Please refrigerate the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain refrigerated until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 5 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and if properly stored in the fridge, the product will remain fresh and delicious for a minimum of 2 months.
Returns: In the rare case that you receive a defective product we ask that you take photos and document how the product was received. We may ask you to return the product or dispose of it, this will be determined by the company on a case by case basis. Boundless Bars Inc. is not responsible to cover the return shipping costs of any products unless the company has requested in writing that the product is to be returned.
Membership Policy: As a monthly member you benefit from a discount every month on your box of bars. That being said, if you do not wish to receive your box on a particular month or wish to cancel your subscription, it is your responsibility to pause, defer or cancel your subscription BEFORE your payment date. Once the charge has been applied to your card, we cannot issue ANY refund. Your box will already be on its way to you.
